You will receive a fully personalised approach to training, nutrition and ongoing support. Your program includes tailored workouts, a bespoke nutrition plan with your calories and macronutrients calculated for you, plus simple guidance on how to stay on track even when life gets busy or meals are off plan.
You will complete a weekly check in with me and my team so we can review your weight, measurements, progress photos and training log. These check ins are essential because they show us exactly how you are progressing and whether anything needs adjusting to keep you moving forward.
You will also have direct support from me, my coaching team and a community of women who share the same goals. You will always feel supported, encouraged and guided every step of the way. -
Yes – minimum commitment of 3 months. I don’t work off quick fixes, your journey is a journey and a lifestyle. Slow and steady wins the race.

No, you will not stay on the same plan throughout your journey. Every four to six weeks we will review your progress as a whole and create your next phase based on your results from the previous one. You will receive an updated nutrition plan with new meals, calories and macronutrient targets, along with a fresh training plan designed to match your goals and keep you progressing.

Payment is taken through my platform and it is a monthly subscription.

Yes and yes! I offer online fitness coaching worldwide and currently work with women all over the world — from the UK to Australia, the US, Canada and beyond.

You can train from either home or the gym - I'll create a personalised strength training programme that challenges you and progresses you towards your goals whatever your setup.

If you sign up, you’ll fill out my questionnaire which gives me all the information about you personally. I will take this information to create fully tailored workout and nutrition plans specific to you. As you have access to me via the app I will also reach out beforehand to check you are 100% happy with your plans.

You will have your very own VIP page where you can log your progress each week. You’ll answer the weekly questions, take progress pictures and I’ll reply with a full round of feedback. Check-ins are so important as I can see how you’re progressing and will know if I know to make any tweaks to your plans.

Of course! We are not here to restrict what you’re eating. It’s everything in moderation. The recipes are so wholesome, nutritious and delicious so you are not restricted to boring foods! My clients regularly eat chocolate, pasta and pizza – they are just provided with healthier versions which taste just as good. This way you save money on junk food, but are also able to stay on track as you no longer suffer from cravings.

Yes I do! I am able to create meal plans on any dietary restriction. So if you’re anemic, coeliac, vegan or pescatarian I’ve got you covered!

Everything will be in one place for you in my app. When you sign up, you will receive a link to download it. Your meal plans, training plan and the chat function are all there!
